March 28–29
Volksworld Show 

Great Britain

The most colourful Beetles, the most charming camper vans and the most elegant Karmann Ghias can be admired this year at the Sandown Park Racecourse near London.

May 15–17
Mille Miglia


Known as the “Mother of All Car Races,” it was held for the first time in 1927 and runs a 1994 mile route through Italy. It starts and finishes in the historical city of Brescia in Lombardy.

June 25–28
Goodwood Festival of Speed 

United Kingdom 

A picnic among racing legends? When Lord March sends invitations to the race at his elegant manor in Goodwood in southern England, even Formula One drivers like Lewis Hamilton are on the starting grid.

Targa Tasmania


The Australian version of the Mille Miglia: the “TT” has since 1992 established itself as the largest tarmac rally event Down Under. Its 1,242 mile course draws modern sports and touring cars as well as vintage beauties.

Midsummer Bulli Festival

Hippies, families and surfers gather on Fehmarn Island to celebrate the longest summer days of the year.

July 17–19
Schloss Bensberg Classics 

Castle owners themselves drive their classic automobiles through the Bergisch region. The baroque castle provides an elegant backdrop.

August 21–23
Beetle Sunshinetour

Beetle fans from all over Europe gather at the beach in the Baltic Sea town of Lübeck-Travemünde, Germany. Expect live music, grilled sausages and artistically decorated Beetles.

Wörthersee meeting 


On the calendar since 1982, this Volkswagen festival and gathering of Golf GTI enthusiasts now attracts around 200,000 visitors to Carinthia. 

June 1–2


The Beetle – or Bug – is Mexico’s cult car per se. Its greatest fans meet once a year in the central Mexican state of Aguascalientes for the big Volkswagen vintage show.

July 2–5
Silvretta Classic 


The High Alpine Road in the state of Vorarlberg is the setting for this vintage regularity rally with 150 contestants – and now includes an e-car rally.

July 26
Concours d’Elegance


This world-class show of very rare collectors’ cars takes place on the 48,000-m2 grounds of The Inn at St. John’s, a luxurious location near Detroit.

August 14–16
MotoClassic Wrocław


Around 250 cars of all vintages are shown to superb advantage at a medieval castle near Wrocław. 

Show your colours in style.

Concours Chantilly


Located 24 miles north of Paris, this town is renowned the world over for its renaissance castle and art collection. In this illustrious setting, the “world’s most beautiful vintage cars” are selected in ten categories.

September 3–6
Arosa ClassicCar


This vintage rally runs from Langwies to Arosa on the only racing circuit in the Swiss mountains. Drivers navigate 76 curves and a difference in altitude of 422 metres.

October 8–19
Classic Cars Challenge


China’s biggest vintage rally, which is now being held for the fifth time, covers around 500 miles from the capital Beijing to Shanghai, via Tai’an, Yangzhou and Suzhou.

October 9–12


This is the largest vintage car and motorcycle festival in Latin America. Visitors can admire 900 vehicles in a picturesque park near the Tigre Delta in Buenos Aires.

Bubble Gun 


South America’s biggest gathering of Volkswagen fans attracts drivers and vehicles of all ages to a park in the town of Águas de Lindóia, around 155 miles north of São Paulo.
Only cars manufactured by the Volkswagen Group will be admitted.
